Here's how I work when staging a home! (This is a service I provide to my clients for free.)
The first thing is to meet you at your home. That way we get to know each other and I'll be able to find out all about your home. I'll take detailed notes so I can prepare a plan for what needs to be done for marketing.
As you might imagine, staged homes sell more quickly and/or for more money. It usually doesn't cost any (or much) money, just a little time and energy on your part to create space for Buyers to mentally move their own things in. We have a saying..."The way you live in your home and the way we market and sell your house are two different things!"
